The entire structure will be at your disposal and you can bring with you up to 5 friends or family, pets are welcome.

Millenary stone structure renovated with excellent finishes, comfortable interiors and particularly well-kept with exposed wooden beams that make the rooms warm and original. The villa is on two floors plus an attic used as a relaxation area with infrared sauna, turkish bath, dressing room and wood stove. The ground floor of about 60 square meters. It consists of a dining room with fireplace, sofa and a large wooden table to accommodate up to twelve people, a bathroom with hydromassage shower and a kitchen equipped with every comfort.

Upstairs we find a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 beds, a bathroom with tub and a lovely terrace where you can enjoy the magnificent view or read a good book.

The attic is used as a relaxation area with an infrared sauna, a Turkish bath box and a wood stove.

The villa is completely fenced and has 3000 meters of garden with various fruit trees and a large gazebo with barbecue. Possibility to have lunch and dinner outdoors.

Strategic location to easily reach places of great interest such as the famous Grotte di Frasassi, the Roman city of Sentinum and art cities such as Urbino, Gubbio, Perugia, Fabriano, seaside resorts such as Senigallia, Fano and the Riviera del Conero.

The price includes the use of the entire structure in exclusive use including six beds for a minimum of two nights.
The price does not include the final cleaning of 30 €.

Once you get off the bike Villarusticalepiagge also has a refined wellness area with comfortable chaise longues, visits and tastings to the Verdicchio Cellars, typical local dishes served in restaurants.
